For Shippers
Signing up is easy! Simply click the 'Get Started' button on our homepage, select 'I am a Shipper', and fill in your business details. Once verified, you can start posting loads immediately.
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to 'Create New Shipment'. Enter the pickup and drop-off locations, cargo details, and your desired schedule. Our system will instantly match you with available carriers.
Proxymove operates on a transparent pricing model. You'll see estimated shipping costs upfront based on distance, weight, and vehicle type. There are no hidden fees, and payment is secured through our platform.
Real-time tracking is built into our platform. Once your load is picked up, you can view the driver's location on the map in your dashboard and receive automated status updates via SMS or email.
You can cancel a shipment through your dashboard up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a small fee to compensate the driver.
For Carriers
To join as a carrier, you need a valid driver's license, vehicle registration documents, and proof of insurance. We also conduct a standard background check to ensure the safety of our network.
The driver app will alert you to nearby loads that match your vehicle type. You can browse available jobs, view the payout, and accept the ones that fit your schedule with a single tap.
Payments are processed automatically upon successful proof of delivery (POD) upload. Funds are typically deposited into your mobile money wallet or bank account within 24-48 hours.
Our app is your copilot. It handles job acceptance, turn-by-turn navigation, digital document signing, and communication with shippers—all designed to use minimal data.
Our support team is available 24/7. Use the 'Help' button in the app to report breakdowns, delays, or accidents immediately, and we will assist in coordinating relief or notifying the shipper.
